We engaged Nicky to manage the renovation of the home for us and she did a wonderful job. She is always prompt in responding to our every single request or query throughout the whole process even after the handover, she delivered the project on time and at a high standard. Dylan is very prompt in replying to our messages. There were a few delays that were unavoidable during our renovation due to Christmas. He gives us an update regularly once the work is done and provides a weekly update for next week’s work. He provides renovation progress pictures and videos which we appreciate a lot. Dylan has a fine eye for detail and will always double-check for confirmation before proceeding with further renovation work.

Jason was patient and listened to our lifestyle needs. He sees through the renovation work efficiently; he is very responsive, and we love that he provides timely updates on the work progress. The final design was close to the 3D renderings and ShanShan was attentive to my requests.
