We consulted Yong Jing for our 5-room HDB renovation. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. YJ was hands down the most responsive ID we spoke to. Every question got a proper answer, not just a quick reply. He was upfront about costs, didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need, and pushed back when he thought something wouldn’t work well. We appreciated that honesty. His vendor network is strong. The sub-con quotes he arranged were competitive. We ended up going in a different direction, but it had nothing to do with the quality of his work or service. Would happily recommend YJ to anyone looking for a reliable, straight-talking designer who knows what he’s doing.

From the first meeting, we were impressed by his professionalism and felt very comfortable with him, and his design stood out among all other proposals and exceeded our expectations. He carefully listened to our requests and creatively incorporated our existing bespoke furniture, carvings, and porcelain pieces into the overall design beautifully, while also suggesting items that suited our taste perfectly during the shopping process. Throughout the process, communication was mutual and collaborative, with Nixon valuing our ideas while providing thoughtful professional suggestions, and the team remained responsive, cooperative, and professional. I am happy that I have selected Si Ming as my id. He is friendly, committed, thoughtful and exceptionally helpful. There were challenging times where we experienced hiccups. However Si Ming is able to resolve the issues with his team whenever something pop up, thereby demonstrating the strong rapport between Si Ming and his team. Si Ming is extremely patient and always analyzing and laying down the possible outcomes for me. Si Ming will listen to my needs and address my concern which I truly appreciate.
