The communication during the period was pleasant, there were no disagreements and the budget was within our expectations. I am wary of renovation horror stories, such as IDs that overpromise but underdelivered, or IDs that disappear. Fortunately, this was never the case with Ashton. He is very patient and responsive to all my queries at all times and always available whenever I need. Even when I changed my mind often, he always try his best to accommodate me. During the renovation process, Ashton provided good guidance and suggestions in many areas and balancing between aesthetics and practicality. He ensure that the renovation schedule was properly arranged and went on as planned.

We are pleased with our ID, Si Han, for designing our first and new home. He was patient throughout the entire renovation process. He was thoughtful and provided helpful suggestions in the design to ensure that all our needs were met. With the Chinese New Year and COVID, we expected the project work would last longer than usual. While Ashton still managed to complete the main renovation work within roughly two months, knowing we really redo everything literally. He was very patient with our change of ideas regarding the design and helped us to find materials. occasionally when we find small defects, which I think is usual for the renovation, Ashton is always reachable and helps us to fix the issue. The same for the coordination with aircon installation and any time when we need him for advice, he is always there and very helpful.
