We went to a few IDs before settling with Ah Wei. He was very transparent about the additional costs that will come with the renovation. It was challenging due to our personal work commitments that required us to be overseas. Thankfully, he managed to execute our instructions and made sound decisions on our behalf. Ah Wei and his team worked tirelessly to keep to the timeline provided. We had engaged external providers for some of the work and he went beyond his work scope to coordinate the deliveries and installation. Well done Darren and kudos to Starry Homestead for having a dedicated and passionate ID on your team!

We finally got a BTO. This gave us a chance to design everything from scratch. Really appreciate the good advice that Darien gave. Our project was in 2020 just as circuit-breaker ended. Though it was delayed because of the shortage of manpower due to the lockdown, I’m thankful they were able to keep the price and still deliver a quality project. Because in the following months after that, things got worse across Singapore with shortage of material, manpower, HDB flat delivery, etc. Thank you Starry Home for fulfilling our dream. We love it!

My house renovation with Starry Homestead and ID Jason Lim was a pleasant experience. Jason listened and understood my family’s needs before proposing the design. The project was completed within budget and timeline. Jason was attentive to details, even spotting defects and advising us to rectify them before the renovation. Despite a few overlooked details, Jason proposed solutions without additional costs. His services did not stop after the handover, as he continued to assist with electrical work and paint touch-ups. Good job!

After meeting 20+  various companies, Jo was the only ID who excelled in our criteria. The quotation she gave exceeded our budget slightly, but she was able to explain the reasons why. We provided a lot of input on the design that we wanted, but Jo provided a lot of recommendations on top of that. Even when what we wanted may not work well aesthetically or practically-wise, Jo was never pushy and would always listen to our ideas. She would then explain her reasons before we make any decision. Jo provided very timely updates and was also very responsive. Jo also went above and beyond in terms of after-sales services.
