We worked with Shirley on the renovation of our 4-room HDB BTO and had a very positive experience. As first-time homeowners, we appreciated her guidance through the process, from suggesting colour schemes and furniture to explaining material and design choices. She was clear and prompt in communication, and also coordinated well with vendors like aircon, lighting, and fan suppliers. The renovation was completed on time with good workmanship, and any rectifications were handled smoothly. What stood out most was her helpfulness and customer-focused attitude, which made the process less stressful while keeping within our budget and timeline.

We were looking to renovate our HDB executive flat and approached around 5 companies for quotes. We decided on Steven Siew and Starry Homestead cos we felt after the initial meetings that we would be able to work well with Steven. Steven was very responsible and responsive throughout the whole renovation process, kept us updated with videos of the renovation, and provided excellent advice and suggestions to flesh out what we wanted done. When there were some hiccups, Steven took responsibility and sorted them out, putting our mind at ease, and thanks to him, the entire renovation was not too stressful. We are very pleased with the excellent workmanship, even the final cleaning up was done well (I have never seen my windows that clean!), and we highly recommend Steven Siew and Starry Homestead, and will not hesitate to engage them again.
