Extremely satisfied with the service rendered by our ID, Ting Si Han. He made our whole renovation process a smooth and stress-free one. He was open to our feedback and ideas but at the same time provided us with useful tips based on his expertise. We found this to be very helpful and can now call our house a home. Overall design is perfect and we are like 99% hand off during the whole reno process because he is so so reliable and accountable for! He keeps us updated on the progress 2-3 times a week! We are glad that we take in his advice for some of the design ideas and tiles colour etc because all just fit in so well! We now truly get our dream house!
