He provided an aesthetically pleasing design for our open kitchen concept, guided us on material selection, and ensured the renovation process exceeded expectations. Our experience has been a rewarding and positive one. Jacky proposed several designs and gave us a lot of flexibility. Besides being incredibly efficient, he was assertive and honest with the timeline, costs, and renovation process. The team was most meticulous and produce good-quality work. In some rare cases in which things did not go as planned, we see he used his strength by communicating with the team. We were never left in dark and he was able to provide solid answers to our questions. We see no excuse but sincerity to provide a solution. His professionalism, assertiveness, and knowledge were invaluable to the project.

We visited another ID who recommended the renovation based on their package instead of our needs before we met Yong Jing from Starry Homestead at the Tradehub 21 outlet.
