After searching for over a year, we decided to go ahead with Si Han as our ID. As first-time homeowners, Si Han helped turn our ideas and functional needs into reality while respecting our budget. We started our renovation planning without a clear idea of what we wanted. Yong Jing was very helpful in developing the design styles we liked based on our conversations, and the final design was able to reflect the personalities of both my husband and myself. During the renovation process, Yong Jing was also very prompt in answering our questions and addressing our concerns. Although there were minor hiccups along the way, he also took charge of the situation and had full accountability, which is commendable, especially after hearing horror stories of other IDs. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for an ID!

We engaged Starry Homestead and was assigned to Yong Jing. As we were first time house owner, he had since provided a lot of suggestions to our designing according to our preferences. He also gave us his honest opinions on certain designs that would not be suitable for us as we have a young child. There were some changes midway and he had been very patient in discussing them.
