Despite the pandemic, Si Han managed to help us move into a nicely built home earlier than scheduled. Long lead times for carpentry works were completed due to his active expediting and supervision. Most importantly it is his scheduling so that every process is done in a structured way and the next step does not get delayed. Everything was well taken of and he was always available with fast response to answer our queries. From the first impression of him, he is a very knowledgeable designer with technical expertise too. We are glad and satisfied to work with him from the start.

After the first appointment with Ashley, our instincts told us she might be the right ID to work with. It was her professionalism, knowledge, and experience. Even though ours was a rather small project, Ashley was genuine and enthusiastic. The entire renovation was smooth sailing. Ashley gave us a heads-up about potential issues and provided us with solutions. We trusted her entirely and knew that our home is in good hands. Si Han carefully crafted several aesthetically pleasing and space-saving designs while working within our budget. Discussions were always 2-way, he patiently explain to us the technicalities with his deep knowledge of the trade, as well as offered professional advice based on practicality and cost-effectiveness. He was very proactive, coordinating the work and inspecting thoroughly to ensure perfection. Jo listened to our request and made useful suggestions for the design, materials, and colour. She then created the beautiful 3D graphics design. She always responded to messages quickly, regardless of the time of the day. Jo also came to the flat daily to ensure the workers are doing their jobs properly. I am very impressed with her careful supervision, and professional standards and she pays attention to details! Jo has always been very kind and open-minded in accommodating what is suitable for her clients. We had a pleasant and enjoyable experience and I highly recommend her to be your designer!
