Dylan is very prompt in replying to our messages. There were a few delays that were unavoidable during our renovation due to Christmas. He gives us an update regularly once the work is done and provides a weekly update for next week’s work. He provides renovation progress pictures and videos which we appreciate a lot. Dylan has a fine eye for detail and will always double-check for confirmation before proceeding with further renovation work.
