We didn’t need to visit the site as we were confident to leave the project in his good hands. What impressed us most was his after-sales service. When we wanted to add one more shelf, he responded promptly, brainstormed on how to do it, and discussed dates to complete the task, with waived fees. It’s a very honest give-and-take relationship that we appreciate.

Dylan was a tremendous help to us throughout our home renovation journey. He was able to propose design concepts and ideas on the spot and even drew them out in 3D for us to easily visualize. This was much more efficient compared to other IDs who would take the action item back and spend time on the 3D or have another colleague do it before coming back to the client to articulate the concept. Dylan provided his subject matter expertise and advised us on what would be the most feasible and cost-efficient options. We appreciated his down-to-earth approach to handling our renovation without any pushy attitude.
