Our very first appointment with SiMing was great. He took down all the details that we are looking for. On our second appointment, we are very surprised that he actually propose 2 diff layouts/designs that fit our budget. There isn’t any hidden cost. Throughout the entire renovation, it was unexpectedly pleasant without any hiccups. SiMing constantly updates us on the progress and rectified it if there is any issue. He is also helpful and super responsive to all our questions. Overall, I did not regret choosing SiMing as our ID. GOOD JOB AND HEARTFELT THANKFUL!

Working with Ashley has been a great experience. Ashley is an excellent communicator, responding promptly and clearly, and was able to propose solutions that met our needs. Ashley handled the works professionally, and the service and workmanship quality were both exceptional. Additionally, Ashley was patient in answering all our questions and concerns. There were no hidden costs as Ashley was upfront about additional costs due to changes, and the pricing was transparent. Furthermore, Ashley was able to meet the timeline, making the entire renovation process stress-free.

Si Han took on our project despite us living overseas throughout the entire renovation. All communication was done virtually through email, WhatsApp, and video calls. Si Han was very open to our ideas and presented them in 3D during our first virtual meeting. He went out of his way to liaise with many suppliers and with external vendors. Si Han was responsive and patient to answer our questions and updated us regularly with pictures and videos. He also checked on workmanship and arranged for rectifications. We highly recommend him!

We would like to thank our ID, Si Han, for his good job. When our key collection date was delayed from last June to this January, he waited together with us patiently, & kept following up with us on the design & ideas during this period. Appreciate his patience and advice when we keep changing of ideas. We communicate and work along very well with him. We do enjoy our Reno journey with this helpful guy. Highly recommended!
