A big thank you to our ID Nicky for the seamless and easy renovation experience. She was always giving us ideas about design, which materials to use, and what type of furnishing to go along with our concept. It helped to make the renovation process a fuss-free and enjoyable one. She provided updates and photos of the progress every week. Workmanship and after-service are excellent. Appreciate her kind help to fix up some hanging hooks on our room doors and it’s FOC too! Overall, it’s been a pleasure working with Nicky and I highly recommend her to all homeowners looking for a reliable and responsive ID!

She was very prompt in giving good design suggestions. Very thorough when doing defect checks. Good at managing the progress of the project. We were very impressed with her diligence and thoughtfulness when she is planning our home design. She will always make time for us even during weekends or late into the night. She is very accommodating to our last-minute changes. Overall, we were very impressed by her. It was a blessing to have been served by her.

We almost decided on 1 of the 6 IDs before our son recommended Yong Jing of Starry Homestead because the latter has done a good job of his home. We decided to meet Yong Jing and were pleased with his designs after patiently fine-tuning the plan. He responded fast and coordinated our renovations with minimal hassles although manpower was a major issue during this COVID period. Great workmanship and speedy responses to our request for rectifications. Glad to give 5 stars to this young man for doing a good job.

We scouted 3 IDs before settling on Jingyi. Her design best fit our preference and needs. We especially like her idea of separating the living room and the rest of the rooms with the hidden corridor door masquerading as the hidden cabinets. Throughout the consultative process, JY has been patient and meticulous in going through with us the design and material elements. Once actual work started, it was quite smooth sailing, and delivered on time for our move-in. The after-service support has also been prompt. Overall we are happy with the way our house turns out.
