Engaged Darien from Starry Homestead for my parent’s house interior design package that suited their needs and budget. The carpentry workmanship, service, project schedule, and follow-up were excellent. He was highly responsive even for post-sales service.

Highly recommend our designer, Aaron Ng. He was our designer for our previous residence and did such a good job that we approached him again for our current residence. He understood the renovation deadline imposed by the expiry of our rental lease, and challenges posed by Covid in terms of manpower and material supply. By proposing workarounds and creative solutions, we moved in on schedule. Aaron has a strong network of reliable contractors, supported by Starry Homestead’s in-house contractors.

Engaging Roy as our interior designer was a great decision. He was detailed and patient during the planning and design stage, and was always on site coordinating during the renovation. With his experience and supervision, he quickly pointed out the pros and cons of every option presented to us. Even after the project was completed, he and his contractor were available to help us remedy and fix some purchased items. We highly recommend Roy as an interior designer.

Jo was reliable and helpful, even going the extra mile to receive our deliveries on site. There were a few hiccups during the renovation, but Jo was prompt in alerting us and providing solutions. She was also accommodating to our change requests and needs, such as adding more lighting points. Jo was a good listener, putting our needs as a priority, and waived the extra costs for the alteration. We appreciated her initiative in discussing with her management team to achieve a more realistic result. Overall, we were lucky and thankful to have Jo as our ID, and our dream home was successfully created with her help.
