We engage Jo from Starry homestead at the Paya Lebar branch. It was a good experience as we clicked with her and felt comfortable engaging her. She was able to give us some good advice and suggestion and was never pushy. The design was good, we went with minimalist with a touch of scandi. Good match of practicality and aesthetic. She was also on-site frequently to supervise and receive furniture, etc. That was very helpful. In the end, our home turns out to be what was discussed before. Overall slightly more expensive than other firms but worth it for good workmanship, design, and service. Highly recommended!

Darien Yu, the manager in charged of our home renovation was attentive to our requirements, patient in going through his design with us, go the extra mile to help in the final soft-finishing decorations and post-renovation matters. We decided to go back to Starry Homestead again for our 5-room flat. They provide prompt services and are always on the ball in communications. Our ID, Thomas, tried his best to meet our budget, and once exceeded, he will explain why and check if we can accept or come out with alternatives. He performs an on-site inspection to do final measurements. He was very prompt in our questions even after office hours. Every week, he will provide an update on the tasks that will be performed for this week and the following week. He was very prompt in engaging his contractors to resolve any issue in the shortest time possible.
