We engaged Sihan based on a friend’s recommendation. He listened to our preferences and created a beautiful Scandinavian home that incorporated our needs. The 3D he provided gave us a clear understanding of the final product. Sihan communicated well throughout the renovation process, updating us promptly and explaining different materials selections. The renovation was completed within our budget and timeline. Sihan also helped manage the entire process which was particularly helpful as my wife was heavily pregnant and I was unable to leave work. Overall, it was a stress-free experience working with Sihan.

He delivers on the committed timeline and provides regular pictorial updates on the progress. He’s very prompt in answering our queries. We didn’t need to visit the site as we were confident to leave the project in his good hands. What impressed us most was his after-sales service. When we wanted to add one more shelf, he responded promptly, brainstormed on how to do it, and discussed dates to complete the task, with waived fees. It’s a very honest give-and-take relationship that we appreciate.
