Nerdy Noodles, a stall in Bugis+, serves authentic Hong Kong Cart noodles – a street dish that originated in Hong Kong circa the 1950s and was popularly sold along roadsides. History is revived with a décor that is reminiscent of the shops and restaurants on the streets of Hong Kong in its earlier days. The old-school styling of the storefront, floor tiles, terrazzo top tables and furniture together with elements like neon signage and writings on the pillars complement one another to create a delightful atmosphere that harks back to a memorable place in the past.
