As a Sales Director, I am responsible for accelerating the growth of sales and collaborating with management to set revenue goals and company strategy. I am also in-charge of defining and executing appropriate sales strategies, recruiting and training employees, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. I enjoy every step of the process to make things happen and always strive to exceed expectations, finding solutions and delivering results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture. Outside of work, I love having some outdoor activities, exploring new cuisines, travelling and chilling with friends and family. My motto in life is “Life is good,” and my career goal is to help all my sales consultants achieve their dreams and goals. Interestingly, while I am not capable of being hands-on in many aspects of life, I am skilled and proficient in interior design-related work.
