We recently completed our first home renovation journey with Hailey for a 4-room BTO with a modern luxury theme, and we’re very happy with how everything turned out. From the outset, Hailey was easy to work with and took the time to understand what we wanted, quickly grasping our aesthetic and proposing design ideas that hit the mark with minimal back-and-forth. Beyond having a great eye for design, she was also transparent, communicative, and hands-on throughout the renovation process, which greatly eased the usual renovation stress. We were especially impressed by the attention to detail and workmanship, with the finishes turning out great thanks to her quality control and coordination with the contractors. We are very contented with the final product and the service provided by Hailey. She takes time to understand what we wanted and not rushing us into making any abrupt decision. She tries to incorporate her designing skills into ideas we threw to her and did her best to work within our budget. In addition, she also went extra mile in providing advice on our choice of furniture and color theme. Carpentry work takes time, but the quality is excellent.
