We had a great experience working with Jovina from Starry Homestead. She was prompt, responsive, and always quick to reply to our queries. More importantly, Jovina was a good listener who took the time to understand our needs and preferences. Whenever issues arose, she was quick to address and rectify them. We also really love the overall home design—simple, elegant, and thoughtfully done. Renovation took about 3 months but the whole process smooth. Post Reno rectification of issues were also quick. Overall a great experience!

We had an extremely good experience working with Ashley on the renovation of our forever home. From the very beginning, she was patient and took the time to explain everything clearly to us, including the design, renovation process, and what we could expect at each stage. Throughout the renovation, she was always responsive and followed up promptly whenever we had questions or concerns. The design turned out beautifully, and we were also very pleased with the workmanship and overall quality of the final product. The entire experience felt smooth and well-managed, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. We’re really happy with how our home turned out and would highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking for a reliable and professional designer!

I first met Nixon Chu during a Qanvast renovation fair. Within the first meeting, I could sense his enthusiasm; getting to know his potential clients first so he can put himself in their shoes to churn out a good design in their best interest. Good design concepts and attention to little details. Although I did not engage their services unfortunately, Nixon’s communication skills and salesmanship are commendable.

Special mention to Zheng Sheng for his professionalism, patience and dedication throughout our discussions. What stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to think outside the box — he took the time to understand what we wanted and came up with ideas that were creative, practical and different from the usual designs. He was also one of the nicest and most patient designers we spoke to, always explaining things and working through our questions without making us feel rushed. Although we eventually decided not to proceed with him due to our own considerations, his time and effort deserve to be acknowledged — he was genuinely committed to helping us achieve what we envisioned. Thank you, Zheng Sheng, for your time, effort, patience and creativity. It was a pleasure meeting you, and I wish you all the best and many more successful projects ahead!
