Renovating a new home can be full of pitfalls, so before starting, I visited several renovation companies and did my research. By chance, I came across Starry Homestead. After speaking with their designer, I didn’t hesitate to choose them. The designers were thorough, carefully planning every detail, which put me at ease. Any issues during the renovation were resolved proactively, and the whole process went smoothly. I’m truly grateful for their dedication and hard work. My family and I are very satisfied—they’re trustworthy and highly recommended.

We first visited Starry Homestead in Dec 2024 to explore our options, and unlike many others, Xin Yee never pressured us to place a deposit. Eventually, we decided to engage her and we have no regrets. She’s particular about aesthetics, but also places strong emphasis on practicality and long-term functionality. Throughout the renovation, she gave us valuable advice, pointing out potential pitfalls and offering thoughtful alternatives. Despite her youthful appearance, Xin Yee is extremely knowledgeable, she confidently answered over 40 questions we threw at her during one meeting! Thanks to her close coordination, the renovation was completed on time, within budget, and turned out beautifully.

From start to finish, the renovation was smooth, efficient, and completely delay-free—something rare in most renovation experiences. Every phase was handled with professionalism and attention to detail, and the final result exceeded our expectations. A big part of this success was thanks to our interior designer, Christine, who was patient, attentive, and always open to feedback. She took the time to understand our vision and made every effort to incorporate our ideas, no matter how specific. Christine was responsive and solution-oriented throughout, making the process not only stress-free but truly enjoyable. We’re incredibly grateful for her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a designer who genuinely cares.

We recently completed a renovation and couldn’t be happier with the results, thanks to our incredible ID, Si Ming. He enhanced our initial design with his own creative flair and managed the project smoothly, even with CNY right in the middle! He was proactive in resolving issues and always responded promptly, which we truly appreciated. His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication really showed in the final outcome.
