I was very thankful that I got to know Ashley from Starry Homestead. As a young couple, we are not familiar with most of the renovation works. There’s a lot of googling and ‘homework’ to do done. For example, just for lighting, we were not very sure which one to get and which sizes would fit for our room. Ashley went beyond and above to guide us in every step. She is very professional and she ensures that everything goes smoothly. I really liked her service, attitude and professionalism. Only with her, my renovation goes smoothly thanks to all her hard work.

Ah Wei was professional and systematically asked for my requirements and he laid out the timeline and milestones. Over the period of renovation, i was constantly updated of the progress and Ah Wei was quick to resolve ad hoc issues. He was also available 7 days a week and would return my text on enquiry even late at night during the period. The milestones were met and he gave suggestions along the way and the handover was earlier than expected. The whole experience was good and there was no unpleasant issues throughout. Good work Ah Wei!!
