As first-time homeowners, we were clueless about the renovation process and the different stages involved (e.g. order of works). Crystal enabled the successful completion of our renovation although with delay due to Covid. Overall satisfied. In the initial phase of the meeting, she was able to listen to our needs and propose various solutions, with drawings on the spot, to fulfill our requirements while making use of the available space

My wife and I met several IDs from various companies, before deciding to go with Si Ming from Starry Homestead. We chose him as he came across as someone who is quick thinking and can stay on top of situations. We also felt he had a genuine interest in our project, as he was the only ID who did a 3D sketch of our discussed ideas for the second meeting. Si Ming is easy to talk to, and very responsive to texts and calls. It is appreciated as it gave us the assurance that he can be there to address any issues that come up. Overall, Si Ming is easygoing and accommodating, traits in an ID that are valuable for a renovation journey.

Highly recommend our designer, Aaron Ng. He was the designer for our previous residence and he did such a good job that we approached him again for our current residence. He understood the hard renovation deadline imposed by the expiry of our rental lease. In addition, there were challenges posed by Covid in terms of manpower and supply of materials. By proposing workarounds and creative solutions, we managed to move in on schedule. Aaron also has a strong network of contractors’ contacts, well-supported by Starry Homestead’s in-house contractors, who have all proven to be very reliable and responsive.

Yong Jing will update me on any progress and he is very accommodating to my schedule. As of right now covid situation the renovation takes longer than usual, but Yong Jing tried to finish up before the year’s end. A very nice guy to work with, ask him anything and he will try his best to answer, if he does not have the answer he will ask the contractors for you. He is very receptive to changes and he also made some suggestions along the way that makes sense. Anybody will be lucky enough to engage him.
