Dylan was a tremendous help to us throughout our home renovation journey. He was able to propose design concepts and ideas on the spot and even drew them out in 3D for us to easily visualize. This was much more efficient compared to other IDs who would take the action item back and spend time on the 3D or have another colleague do it before coming back to the client to articulate the concept. Dylan provided his subject matter expertise and advised us on what would be the most feasible and cost-efficient options. We appreciated his down-to-earth approach to handling our renovation without any pushy attitude.

Our ID Cavan was very professional and made the entire home renovation experience very pleasant. She was the first ID we met and we decided to engage her for our project. Cavan was very responsive and patient, and although there were a couple of hiccups along the way, she rectified most of the issues to her best ability. We highly recommend Cavan as your ID, but be prepared to wait in line as she probably has a lot of customers. Overall, we are grateful to Cavan for making the experience enjoyable and for giving us a nice place to finally call home!
