Japandi melds the best of two worlds – seamlessly combining rustic Japanese minimalism with Scandinavian’s attributes. The palette is pared-back – relying on naturally derived materials like wood for colours. The focus on pale hues, clean lines and an airy interior is inherent within this haven. Here, the geometric circle is used as the main design component influencing various elements within the apartment. In the common area, this can be seen on the accent wall adorned with the round mirror as well as the adjoining recessed section that accommodates the entertainment unit. Even the corners are rounded to soften the overall aesthetics. The same motif can be spotted in the rooms via lighting and cabinet details.
