Taking design inspiration from traditional Oriental style, this residence displays the perfect balance of traditional chic and modernity. What’s more, it is as utilitarian as it is aesthetically pleasing. Take for instance, the living room’s television feature wall. The slatted wood doors can be shut to conceal the television. Once closed, it reveals an abstract imagery of towering mountains at its centre. The shelving display units by its side are equipped with in-built lights to highlight the owner’s collectibles. At its side, the bay window settee does not just offer extra seating, it can be slid open to reveal hidden storage underneath.
