This home brings a Mid-Century Modern touch to a space that feels warm, calm and thoughtfully put together. The palette leans on rich dark wood paired with soft oatmeal tones, giving every room a cosy yet refined feel that doesn’t shout for attention. The living room ties everything together with a sculptural TV feature wall, built-in shelving for display pieces, and a cushioned window bench that makes the space feel extra inviting. Curved archways and rounded display niches soften the layout, breaking away from the usual boxy feel and adding character throughout the home. The kitchen follows an open-concept layout that connects cooking and dining areas, making the home feel more sociable and spacious. The master bedroom connects to a walk-in wardrobe through a soft archway, extending the living space while keeping a smooth, uninterrupted flow. One of the standout features is the master bathroom, cleverly concealed behind a full-height wardrobe door so it blends seamlessly into the room instead of standing out as a doorway. Warm ambient lighting is used throughout, from cove lights along the arches to wall sconces, giving the whole home a soft, hotel-like glow in the evenings. This project shows how classic mid-century design elements can be reimagined for a modern home, balancing clean lines with thoughtful, functional touches.
