We had heard of many renovation horror stories, so we were initially concerned, but it was such a pleasure working with Jiasheng. After meeting 5–6 IDs, we chose him because he not only refined our ideas but also proposed two additional full-blown designs that were even better, and he clearly explained all technical, design, and regulatory limitations while truly “getting” what we wanted. As the project progressed, our decision was fully justified — Jiasheng provided a clear timeline and shopping guide, completed everything within budget and on time, with no hidden costs or surprises. He was always responsive, accommodative, calm, and solution-oriented, even when we were overseas for a month and trusted him to carry on the work seamlessly. The final result met exactly what we had hoped for — a stress-free, fuss-free, and honestly enjoyable experience.
