We recently completed our first home renovation journey with Hailey for a 4-room BTO with a modern luxury theme, and we’re very happy with how everything turned out. From the outset, Hailey was easy to work with and took the time to understand what we wanted, quickly grasping our aesthetic and proposing design ideas that hit the mark with minimal back-and-forth. Rayson is very responsive and experienced. Throughout the entire project, he has given us frequent updates and always respond to our enquiry despite PH, late nights. He is able to accommodate all of our requests in our home planning despite limitations. He delivered the project within the timeline and budget. He has extensive understanding on the materials and renovation works. When necessary, he steps up to do the work himself so that he is able to handover to us on time. He has never given any excuses.
