My designer, Ashton Siow, is responsive to renovation and maintenance queries. This saves us time due to our busy schedules. There were minimal hiccups during planning and renovations. Ashton and his team delivered the completed renovated house before CNY. I thank Ashton and his team for their dedication to work and for fulfilling various requests such as rubber stopper, gas pipe adjustment, silicon sealing, holes drilling, air con duct covering etc. They spot practical issues which are important. 

During our first meeting, Ashton showed me a draft 3D model for clearer discussion. I was impressed by his detail-oriented and friendly approach. After meeting a few IDs, I ultimately chose Ashton for his sincerity. He was efficient and well-organised throughout the planning process. During renovation, he was responsive, managed all issues, and kept me updated. What’s more, Ashton completed the renovation ahead of schedule. He and his team promptly addressed touch-ups and follow-up works post-payment. I would like to thank Ashton and Starry Homestead for their excellent renovation work and professional service. 

We engaged Sihan based on a friend’s recommendation. He listened to our preferences and created a beautiful Scandinavian home that incorporated our needs. The 3D he provided gave us a clear understanding of the final product. Sihan communicated well throughout the renovation process, updating us promptly and explaining different materials selections. The renovation was completed within our budget and timeline. Sihan also helped manage the entire process which was particularly helpful as my wife was heavily pregnant and I was unable to leave work. Overall, it was a stress-free experience working with Sihan.

My neighbour described Ah Wei as genuine, thoughtful, and practical in his design concepts. True enough, he ticks all these boxes. He delivers on the committed timeline and provides regular pictorial updates on the progress. He’s very prompt in answering our queries. We didn’t need to visit the site as we were confident to leave the project in his good hands. What impressed us most was his after-sales service. When we wanted to add one more shelf, he responded promptly, brainstormed on how to do it, and discussed dates to complete the task, with waived fees. It’s a very honest give-and-take relationship that we appreciate.
