We scouted 3 IDs before settling on Jingyi. Her design best fit our preference and needs. We especially like her idea of separating the living room and the rest of the rooms with the hidden corridor door masquerading as the hidden cabinets. Throughout the consultative process, JY has been patient and meticulous in going through with us the design and material elements. Once actual work started, it was quite smooth sailing, and delivered on time for our move-in. The after-service support has also been prompt. Overall we are happy with the way our house turns out.

The first meeting is good and feels comfortable. The whole design preparation and renovation was very smooth. Shanshan coordinates the site very carefully, and the outcome of the renovation is satisfactory. She can understand what I want, so this is one of the important factors during our ID selection. Shanshan is honest and will not deceive customers. This is very important and is the principle of trust. The communication during the period was pleasant, there were no disagreements and the budget was within our expectations. If a friend looking for renovation, I would highly recommend Starry Homestead!

I am wary of renovation horror stories, such as IDs that overpromise but underdelivered, or IDs that disappear. Fortunately, this was never the case with Ashton. He is very patient and responsive to all my queries at all times and always available whenever I need. Even when I changed my mind often, he always try his best to accommodate me. During the renovation process, Ashton provided good guidance and suggestions in many areas and balancing between aesthetics and practicality. He ensure that the renovation schedule was properly arranged and went on as planned.

We are pleased with our ID, Si Han, for designing our first and new home. He was patient throughout the entire renovation process. He was thoughtful and provided helpful suggestions in the design to ensure that all our needs were met. The renovation timeline was met and Si Han made effort to update us on the progress of our renovation weekly and does not leave out any small details. Thank you Si Han for the good work.
