Our renovation experience with Johnny was smooth. He was helpful and responsive. Despite our busy schedules, he proactively kept us updated on the progress and promptly informed us of any issues that arose during the renovation. He gave useful suggestions when we needed to make decisions. Johnny efficiently coordinated the servicing and polishing of our floors and aircon units, which we decided to have done after the renovation. Darien is the most responsible ID I had met so far. From little to big details, he takes care of it. Responsive and understanding, trying his best to match your needs. The design of the home suits your needs and is able to offer more cost-saving solutions. Timeliness is most important and he did it!!! After renovation, when there is any part that requires touch-up, he will be back to do up for you. He is responsible and never mia. I guess, this is the ID everyone will be looking for.
