A layered mix of Japandi, Modern, Mid-Century, Wabi-Sabi and Luxury styles defines the overall design, carefully shaped around the homeowners’ preferences and functional needs. Rather than adhering to a single aesthetic, each space is given its own identity while maintaining a cohesive visual language throughout.

The foyer and living room embrace Japandi principles, highlighted by a tatami platform, a Japanese-style screen and a round false ceiling that softens the space with calm, understated elegance. Each bedroom is designed with a distinct theme, offering four different spatial experiences, yet united by a shared sense of naturality. Materials such as light and dark wood, ecoclay finishes, marble patterns, botanical tiles and limewash textures bring warmth, depth and a grounded quality to the interiors.

The kitchen shifts towards a Mid-Century expression, introducing stronger contrast and clearly defining the space. In contrast, the study, gym and entertainment rooms adopt a more luxurious and contemporary tone, distinguished by refined detailing and a modern, polished edge.

Beyond the interiors, the outdoor area is designed to support social gatherings, featuring an outdoor kitchen and relaxation space that seamlessly extend the living experience for barbecues and group entertaining.
