With the Chinese New Year and COVID, we expected the project work would last longer than usual. While Ashton still managed to complete the main renovation work within roughly two months, knowing we really redo everything literally. He was very patient with our change of ideas regarding the design and helped us to find materials. occasionally when we find small defects, which I think is usual for the renovation, Ashton is always reachable and helps us to fix the issue. The same for the coordination with aircon installation and any time when we need him for advice, he is always there and very helpful.

Ashley was our assigned ID and she was very patient and responsive throughout the entire process. She tried her best to cater to our requests and also many last-minute changes that we made. She did most of the coordination with the contractors and the different vendors and provided us with a relatively fuss-free renovation experience. She also tried to keep to the timeline even though we had a few last-minute changes. Highly recommended!

We have compared the price among 3 companies, we have chosen Starry as their price is reasonable, Darren Ng is very responsive and quick in replying to our questions, even on weekends. He is able to understand our preferences and what we want and gives us many good ideas for the renovation. He was responsible, for example, some minor defects and small issues after the handover were rectified without delay, overall my family is satisfied with his work.

Despite the pandemic, Si Han managed to help us move into a nicely built home earlier than scheduled. Long lead times for carpentry works were completed due to his active expediting and supervision. Most importantly it is his scheduling so that every process is done in a structured way and the next step does not get delayed. Everything was well taken of and he was always available with fast response to answer our queries. From the first impression of him, he is a very knowledgeable designer with technical expertise too. We are glad and satisfied to work with him from the start.
